Welcome!

Image result for welcome back

A very warm welcome to Kevin's 5th class!

Children have settled in well after a well earned Summer break. I am pleased to let everyone know that 5th class have made a terrific start to the new academic year. We have been working extremely hard and hope to show you some of our hard work soon.

This week sees the introduction of homework every evening. Homework will no longer be posted daily on class blogs. Instead class blogs will be used to find notes to supplement homework, topics, projects, events etc. I also hope to be able to share some useful websites and resources to assist learning.

Homework must be noted in homework journals during school. This promotes children to become more independent and responsible for their work. Pupils have also been issued with a plastic zip-lock folder. This is to be used to safely store any study/research resources and homework.  I look forward to meeting you all soon. The date and time for the open class meeting with myself and Shane will be released shortly.

In the meantime should you have any queries please email me on: belmayneetkevin@gmail.com
